(Central Standard Time).
- You can eat lunch prior to arriving or grab
something from Grill (burgers, sandwiches, chips, drinks, candy).
- BGDC members will set up Treasure Hunt (will
occur on Saturday or Sunday; haven’t decided yet)
- Dive Saturday afternoon.
- Saturday evening: check into hotel/find a place
for dinner (10% off at Applebee's across the road)

Rate
reductions (comps) are available if we secure more than 5 rooms or more than
10 divers. Cost savings will be disbursed after the trip by BGDC Treasurer. |

Treasure Hunt is planned for either Saturday or Sunday. This will not be a
“huge prize” hunt (e.g. the types sponsored by some Dive Shops), but will do
our best to secure fun items that everyone can enjoy/use. |

Scooters can be used and/or rented;
UPV certification is REQUIRED. |

Temperature: 2 thermoclines in summer. One around 27 ft and another around
54 feet. Below second thermocline temperatures are in low 50’s to high
40’s. |

Non-diver activities: For a small fee ($5.00 - $10.00) non-divers can
float/swim in the quarry. If you don’t get in the water, you are welcome to
watch bubbles all day long at no cost. There are also lots of summer
activities in Hopkinsville; check out the Tourism/Chamber of Commerce
websites. |
