Note: All rooms are non-smoking, and include complimentary continental breakfast, two (2) double beds, hair dryer, refrigerator, alarm clock, remote cable TV, in room safe, desk and daily maid service.  This motel doesn’t have a pool but it’s located only 5 minutes from the dive shop.  A single king size bed may be substituted in lieu of the two double beds.

Transportation:

Three options: Personal vehicle, carpool or rental minivan for every four (4) divers.  Sid Yarbrough is the Lexington Operations Manager for Avis and can get us a good deal on a Toyota Siena minivan with unlimited mileage IF there are enough participants.

Costs:

$99 per diver per day, includes 2 dives per day (air extra)
3 dive days X $99 = $297 if you dive all 3 days (Sun/Mon/Tue) 

• Cost of Diving (3 days) & Lodging (shared) = $433.78 (air & weigh not included)

• Cost of Diving (3 days) & Lodging (shared) = $478.78 (air & weighs included)

• Cost of Diving, Lodging & rental minivan = TBD (awaiting quote from Sid Yarbrough)

Note 1: This price is for 8 divers.  If we sell 8 divers then we get the 9th diver free so the cost with 9 divers would be $264 per diver (+ air). 

Note 2: A deposit of $100 per dive day ($300 total) was made payable to Olympus Dive Center and Kit mailed to the above address attn: Lauren Hormley, it was deposited on 3/17.  This $300 is part of the $99 per diver per day fee and will be paid back as each diver pays their deposit to the club. 

Note 3: A deposit of $150 per person made payable to BGDC is due to Kit Hudson by the April 12th club meeting, otherwise any unsold slots will be released back to Olympus.

 Note 4: Weighs may be rented for $3 a set. 

 Note 5: Air is $6 per size 80 tank, $10 size 80, $15 size 80 Nitrox, $18 size 100 Nitrox.
